The founder and Senior Pastor, Dunamis International Gospel Center (DIGC), Pastor Paul Enenche, has encouraged Christians to remain sober and look on to God in the face of insecurity and daunting economic challenges.
Enenche gave the admonition on Sunday while fielding questions from journalists on arrival at Air Force Base, Makurdi to attend an ongoing crusade organised by the Makurdi branch of Dunamis International Church.

He said Christians should keep doing what they have been doing and wait for results from God.
“It is very trying. The only thing I can say is that they should keep to what they can do and also look up to God and maintain our faith because at times the situation can come from heart shaken and then the faith being shaken. But if we maintain fervent faith in God, fire in the spirit and trust the Lord that God will intervene in His own way, he advised.”

On the expectations of Benue people from the crusade which is the second within this year, Pastor Enenche said it would shift them higher and also meet the needs of the people as they were expecting God’s visitation for His light to shine on the people of God and lift them out of depression.
