The 53-year-old woman, alongside her detained children, filed the suit at the Federal High Court in Abuja through their lawyer, Chibuzor Obiajunwa. A HIGH Court in Onitsha, Anambra on Thursday sentenced a man, Kosisochukwu Celestine, to death by hanging for kidnapping and armed robbery. Delivering judgment, Justice Sylvester Odili, held that the prosecution had proven its case beyond reasonable doubt through eyewitness testimony, bank records, documentary exhibits and other independent evidence.
