In commemoration of the President’s one-year anniversary in office, two academics, Bolu John Folayan and Ajibolu Taiwo Balofine, chronicled President Tinubu’s political journey – his triumphs and successes.
The book titled, ‘365 Days of Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Presidency: Resetting the Strategic Foundation for a New Nigeria,’ examines the President’s “stunning political success” by leveraging on his “prowess in strategic communication management.”
The authors, who are both communications professors, said they were inspired to document President Tinubu’s achievements on the political scene for posterity and academic purposes.
The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum Resources, Amb Nicholas Agbo Ella said he knew one of the authors, Mr Balofin, as an accomplished researcher whom he first encountered during his tour of duty as a career diplomat in New York.
The event was attended by many top government officials and political associates of President Tinubu. At the unveiling of the 420-page book at the Musa Yar’Adua Centre in Abuja, Messrs Akume and Ganduje donated N10 million each, while Prince Arthur Eze bought 10 copies of the book for N20 million.
