THE nationwide strike by the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) kicked of in Abuja on Wednesday with the Federal Secretariat, the hub of federal bureaucracy, which usually bustled with workers, vehicular movement and traders as early as 5:30am, was desolate between 9-10am on Wednesday.
