AN IYAGANKU Magistrates’ Court, Ibadan, on Wednesday remanded five men in Agodi Correctional facility, Ibadan for allegedly killing 42-year-old Seun Oladunni.
The five: Adebisi Afolayan, 45, Wasiu Oyeleye, 40, Mustapha Ashiru, 54, Basiru Odetola, 40 and Tosin Akinade, 45, were charged with conspiracy and murder.
The Magistrate, Mrs Olasinmibo Sanusi-Zubair did not take the plea of the defendants for want of jurisdiction.
She directed the police to return the case file to the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) for legal advice.

Sanusi-Zubair adjourned the case until July 8, for mention.
Earlier, the Prosecutor, Insp Oladejo Balogun told the court that the defendants allegedly committed the offence on May 6, at about 9. 30pm at Toll Gate area, Ibadan.
Balogun alleged that the defendants unlawfully caused the death of Oladunni by beating him with stick and dumping his corpse inside a soak away.
He said the offences contravened Sections 516, 324 and 319 of the Criminal Laws of Oyo State, 2000. (NAN)
