AN IYAGANKU Magistrates’ Court, Ibadan, on Wednesday remanded five men in Agodi Correctional facility, Ibadan for allegedly killing 42-year-old Seun Oladunni.

The five: Adebisi Afolayan, 45, Wasiu Oyeleye, 40, Mustapha Ashiru, 54, Basiru Odetola, 40 and Tosin Akinade, 45, were charged with conspiracy and murder.

The Magistrate, Mrs Olasinmibo Sanusi-Zubair did not take the plea of the defendants for want of jurisdiction.

She directed the police to return the case file to the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) for legal advice.
